For Hadjora capsules for bone strength, adults should take 1 tablet/caplet three times a day with milk after meals, increasing to 2-3 tablets/caplets three times a day in acute cases. For children under 10, 1 tablet/caplet twice daily with milk after meals is recommended, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
